Iláya Retreat Spa is the visionary creation of Anecito "Atho" V. Dela Cruz, Jr., a leading figure in the Philippines' spa and wellness industry. With decades of experience, Atho has worked with numerous luxury resorts and spas across the country, championing the rich tradition of "Hilot," a Filipino therapeutic massage technique.
Atho is also a founding member of the Spa Association of the Philippines, established in 2008, and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Wellness Tourism Association of the Philippines. His expertise has helped shape the spa industry into what it is today, making him a revered consultant and advisor.
