I love spa
I love the feeling of rewarding myself
I love the quietness
But most days, I just squeeze in a massage schedule, and worse I almost always now get a home service (sino maka relate???). Convenient, yes… but today I realized, there’s a BIG difference between a REAL SPA and a simple home massage.
✔ At home: may Netflix, may kids, may open and close sang door as background music.
✔ At the spa: peaceful vibe, relaxing scent, music that soothes the senses
Here at Ilaya, not only the place is peaceful, I would like to highlight the massage pattern (however you call it) was sooo relaxing and therapeutic. Namian gd ko ya…I wish there’s an alternative na spa that is nearer coz this one is more than an hour away
Mommies we need to carve out a time for our spa day and not just squeezing it into our busy schedule.
Lesson learned: a spa isn’t just a massage, it’s a reset button. And moms like us? We deserve that kind of break.
PS: This is not a paid post. I recommend this because I love it! I had the Hot Stone Massage for 90 mins at ₱1,500. A little pricey compared to the city, yes… but the vibe here is different. And let’s be honest, being inside a beautiful resort makes it totally worth it.
Sometimes we just need to splurge a little.
